  1. Send us your application quickly and easily via the online form.
  2. You will be informed by e-mail that your application has been received.
  3. We will check your documents carefully and get back to you as soon as possible.
  4. We have the feeling that you would complement our team well? Then we would be happy to get to know you better in an initial conversation via video or telephone.
  5. After the meeting, are you as convinced of us as we are of you? Get to know DMG better on site and get a more detailed picture of us.
  6. If our meeting has also convinced you, then we warmly welcome you to our team!

When looking for new team members, we always aim to find people who are a great fit for us and who we can continue our growth with. So, here are a few tips for applying for a job with us.

  • Tell us about your previous work experience and the challenges you have already mastered at each stage of your career in your resume.

  • If you have a salary expectation, you are welcome to tell us.

  • Let us know the date on which you could start with us. This will help us with our planning.

  • Last but not least, tell us how you can enrich our company with your innovative ideas. You don't need to write a conventional cover letter for this.

FAQ

You will automatically be emailed a receipt confirming that we have received your submission once you have sent it. We will then look through your documents and discuss the next steps with the relevant departments. You will receive further information on your application status within 7 days and will subsequently be informed about every successful step.

In principle, we can start your employment contract on any date. The usual starting dates are the 1st and 15th of each month. 

Each vacancy has a budget allocated to it, which we can spend. Unfortunately, sometimes the salary requested doesn't fit the budget. We believe that this is something we should clarify as soon as possible for both parties.

A recruiter for the relevant position will be present and will accompany you throughout the entire process. They will be joined by a representative from the relevant department and there might also be an opportunity to meet the team.

We schedule around 60 minutes for online and telephone interviews, and 90 minutes for on-site interviews, which can also often last up to 2 hours.

We are happy to hold interviews over the phone, online and in-person, depending on your preference.

For online interviews, we invite you via Microsoft Teams. All you need to do is follow the link and have an audio source (microphone – usually built into your device) and a camera ready. For phone interviews, it will be good to have a reliable phone connection to make interviews as disruption-free as possible.

We keep your data for a maximum of 180 days, unless otherwise agreed. After that, your records are automatically deleted.
