Roles and areas

Marketing

In our capacity as an in-house agency, we market our DMG products and expand brand visibility. We manage our uniform brand presence through creative and modern solutions.

Personnel

Our HR Department looks after our employees throughout their entire period of employment at DMG. Our Recruitment team recruits new employees, our HR Service & Payroll team takes care of all administrative matters ( e.g. company pension plan and Deutschlandticket), and in HR Development we support our colleagues with advice and training opportunities for their ongoing professional development.

Sales

Our national and international customers are able to take advantage of a wide range of analogue and digital DMG products. As a reliable partner, we optimise our sales territories by taking into account external factors.

Finance and Accounting

Our Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for all of our accounting, including preparing our annual financial statements. We also support our subsidiaries worldwide in accounting-related matters. In addition, we carefully monitor all payment transactions, as keeping track of everything and responsibly maintaining existing liquidity is of utmost importance.

In Controlling, we are responsible for all reporting (national and international) and for budget planning.

Corporate Development

We develop new ideas and ways to establish new processes that are sustainable long-term. Through creative project management and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, we initiate cultural change and strategic realignment.

Right

We review contracts and support our subsidiaries in legal matters. We also assist with company mergers.

Quality management

We cover a broad spectrum of quality management areas ranging from standard quality control and new product development, to supporting and performing audits, as well as international accreditation and internal project management.

FAQ

Our working time models can vary depending on the area of work. We offer both flexible working and trust-based working time. Our working week is 40 hours. We can work with you to adjust these hours to your needs if required.

We include you in the company profit-sharing scheme from the 13th month of your employment onwards. 

Your workstation will be equipped with a phone, laptop and monitor as well as a docking station and optional headset. Other personal preferences and extras can be requested at any time and will be provided by our IT Department.

We offer you the opportunity to work from home for up to 40% of your weekly hours.
