Personnel
Our HR Department looks after our employees throughout their entire period of employment at DMG. Our Recruitment team recruits new employees, our HR Service & Payroll team takes care of all administrative matters ( e.g. company pension plan and Deutschlandticket), and in HR Development we support our colleagues with advice and training opportunities for their ongoing professional development.
Finance and Accounting
Our Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for all of our accounting, including preparing our annual financial statements. We also support our subsidiaries worldwide in accounting-related matters. In addition, we carefully monitor all payment transactions, as keeping track of everything and responsibly maintaining existing liquidity is of utmost importance.
In Controlling, we are responsible for all reporting (national and international) and for budget planning.

Why did I choose DMG?
DMG is a manufacturer of high-quality dental materials that appeal to discerning users! As a dental technician, this was the deciding factor for me.
What have I achieved at DMG that I am proud of?
In my role as a sales representative for dental clinics and laboratories, I was able to acquire a lot of new customers and considerably contribute to increasing sales thanks to my expertise and the quality guarantee of our products. I am now leading a sales team in the area of digital applications and am working on establishing 3D printing products in the new target market with a lot of enthusiasm.
What are we working on to make ourselves even more successful?
We never stop learning, there is always more to discover! We continually act and respond to the changes and developments we see in the dental market. This includes the innovative further development of our dental materials portfolio as well as our high-quality, validated workflow, which makes our customers' (working) life easier and secures their future.
