Your Tasks:

Managing and further developing the 5-person Product Management Dental Solutions team
Strategically developing and implementing a long-term product and portfolio strategy
Researching and analysing market requirements
Identifying trends and developing corresponding measures in line with our customers’ needs and preferences
Collaborating closely with Sales, Research & Development and Marketing
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

Your Profile:

Degree in dentistry, material management, natural sciences or similar
Several years’ experience managing dental material or medical device products
Experience in and enjoyment leading and developing a committed team
High level of self-initiative and creative drive as well as an analytical and strategic approach
Excellent communication skills
Very good German and English language skills and willingness to travel
